We are working with a highly regarded legal firm, Jago Consultants, who are seeking a Family Solicitor to join their busy growing team.

The client is looking for someone to manage a caseload of discreet family matters, working on a number of legal-aid cases, acting on behalf of clients in areas including divorces, settlements, cohabitation agreements, ancillary relief, and matrimonial matters.

This Family Solicitor role will be dependent on previous experience and will involve working on a part-time basis, ideally for 24 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorces, settlements, and cohabitation agreements.
• Work on legal-aid cases, acting on behalf of clients in matrimonial matters.
• Provide expert advice and representation to clients in family law disputes.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in family law, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of family law legislation and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
