A talented and accomplished professional is being sought to assume the position of a Conveyance Specialist within the Jobbankentrepreneur Residential Conveyancing Team.

The ideal candidate should hold at least 1 year and up to 5 years post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing, preferably as a solicitor or CILEX member. They will require a comprehensive grasp of residential conveyancing procedures and technical capabilities.

The key duties entail functioning individually and collaboratively with the team, cultivating personal referrals, and implementing innovative marketing strategies. To excel in this role, one must possess excellent organisational skills, a commercial and creative mindset, and advanced IT skills with familiarity with case management systems.
