Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our garden centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Welcome customers to the centre, respond to their queries, and provide information on our products.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, including indoor and outdoor plants, gardening equipment, and other related items.
- Sales and Merchandising: Process POS transactions, price stock, and replenish stock to maintain a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve department goals, maintain a positive and supportive team environment, and contribute to the overall success of the garden centre.
Requirements:
