Healthcare Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Healthcare Practitioner to join our care team at Parklands Care Homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our residents to achieve their full potential.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in a care home setting, preferably with elderly patients. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional care and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
  • Experience in a care home setting, preferably with elderly patients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
