Job description
  • We are seeking an Architectural Façade Engineer to assist in the design and analysis of façade systems, including curtain walling, cladding, architectural precast, GRFC, brick masonry, glazing system, etc.
  • You will prepare façade technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for projects, adhering to best practices and quality standards.
  • Additionally, you will assist and contribute to digital tool development projects within the team.
  • Responsibilities also include researching advancements in facade technology, materials, and construction methods, and supporting the integration of these technologies into project workflows.
  • You will communicate with clients and stakeholders to convey technical information, address concerns, and facilitate project progress.
  • Site inspections and off-site and on-site testing activities will be attended to verify compliance with design specifications and identify potential issues during construction.

Apart from task delivery, quality, and profitability, you will be accountable for maintaining the high-quality façade service offering.

Your skills and experience
  • Degree qualified in either Structural or Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or other transferable manufacturing/engineering discipline.
  • Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup), structural analysis softwares (i.e., li>
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes, standard and guidance documents governing façade design and construction (e.g., li>
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse complex engineering challenges and propose effective solutions.
