Paediatric Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families, while creating personalized care plans for each child.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to an individual client's needs
- Effectively manage the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) through strong communication and teamwork
- Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of client's physical and physiological needs within your caseload
- Deliver high-quality care and support to children and their families
- RSCN with a minimum of 6 months in the UK and an active NMC PIN
- Supportive management style that can bring out the best in others
- Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
- Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the MDT
- Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
- Full UK Driving Licence desirable but not essential
