Join Our Team as an Agricultural Engineer

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role as an agricultural engineer with our client in Ashford, Kent.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a family-run business that values its employees and provides a supportive working environment. As an agricultural engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of agricultural machinery and equipment, as well as collaborating with the manufacturer to receive structured training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and repair agricultural machinery and equipment.
  2. Work on-site and remotely, attending to clients' needs as required.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Salary and Benefits:

  • £19-26 per hour salary range, depending on experience.
  • Overtime pay at time and a half or double time.
