Alina Homecare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team in Sunbury-on-Thames. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and grooming, promoting clients' dignity and independence.
- Administer medication, as required, and provide reminders to clients to take their medication.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks, promoting clients' nutritional needs and well-being.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Accompany clients on outings and errands, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
- Provide mobility support, assisting clients with walking, transferring, and using mobility aids, as needed.
**Requirements:**
- A caring and compassionate attitude, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
- A driving license and access to a vehicle, to enable travel to clients' homes.
- The right to work in the UK.
