**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Facilitator to oversee a team of learners in our laundry and sewing workshop. As a key member of our team, you will deliver training and support to equip individuals with valuable skills for future employment and personal growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Deliver High-Quality Training: Lead learners through their training journey, identifying individual needs and providing one-to-one coaching to enhance their skills and self-development.
  2. Maintain a Safe and Productive Environment: Ensure health and safety standards are upheld, conducting risk assessments as necessary to create a secure working environment.
  3. Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the laundry and sewing workshop, monitoring inventory levels to ensure consistent workflow.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in the textile industry, with supervisory experience within a production or similar environment. Additionally, experience in conducting risk assessments and maintaining high safety standards is essential.

**What We Offer:
