Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Miller & Carter Stevenage. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in the management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional food, drink, and service standards.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the restaurant.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business targets and objectives.
