As a Recruiting & Hub Coordinator at Audible, you will play a critical role in supporting our local Hub team and Talent Acquisition function. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage various tasks that keep the team running smoothly, including scheduling meetings, creating events, and maintaining office operations.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external organizations to plan and execute events, volunteer activities, and other initiatives that promote our company's values and culture.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in human resource or recruiting coordination, office management, and/or executive assistant functions. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have business fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, on-site and otherwise
  2. Maintain expertise in recruiting systems, processes, and compliance
  3. Ensure accurate record-keeping of all recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system
  4. Facilitate offer and onboarding processes for new hires as needed
  5. Identify and recommend areas for improvement of TA Operations processes
  6. Assist with documentation and process maintenance: updating internal wiki and reference guides proactively, updating and creating new email templates
