We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Deputy Store Manager. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of retail operations.

About the Role:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring continuity of operations and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control stock levels, manage cash processes, and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • A strong understanding of retail operations, including stock control, cash handling, and customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
