p>**Residential Site Manager Wanted**

ARC Recruitment is seeking a skilled Residential Site Manager to join a reputable housing contractor in Colchester. This is a temporary assignment starting immediately for 2 months plus.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a residential site, ensuring that all construction work is carried out to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in site management, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols and building regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a team of site staff to ensure that all construction work is carried out efficiently and effectively
* Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety protocols and building regulations
* Monitor and control site costs to ensure that they are within budget
* Develop and implement site plans to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard
