We're seeking an Industrial Electrical Technician based at our Lomondgate Production Facility.

What you'll do:

  • Assemble, wire, interconnect, and inspect DC and 3-phase AC control panels, alternators, high-horsepower engines, MV Switchboards, and HV transformers
  • Provide training to apprentices and share knowledge
  • Ensure your own safety and report any safety procedure deviations, escalating concerns to relevant personnel
  • Work to high-quality business standards, escalating quality issues when necessary
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in products, reducing build time and cost
  • Look for opportunities to improve your work and the team's quality and effectiveness

You'll have the following skills and experience:

  • Competent Electrician with experience in various electrical work
  • SCQF Level 7 (SVQ Level 3)
  • Apprentice level or Time-Served
  • Experience working as an electrician in an industrial environment and as part of a team
  • Understand the importance of safety and safe working practices
