About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Consultant to join our Security Design and Engineering team at Toren Consulting Ltd. As a Junior Consultant, you will play a key role in collaborating with our senior team on larger, complex security design projects and leading security design projects for smaller projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and specify cutting-edge access control and video surveillance systems
  • Develop CAD drawings and technical documentation
  • Conduct on-site witness testing and system verification
  • Work closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in security systems design, installation, or commissioning
  • Solid understanding of enterprise-level security systems (on-premises or cloud-based)
  • Strong communication abilities and a knack for building client relationships
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies and design principles
  • Meticulous approach to drawings, technical specifications, and standards
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000
  • Company pension scheme
  • Annual leave starting at 20 days (plus UK public holidays), increasing by one day per year up to 25 days
  • Hybrid working model (3 days office/2 days home)
