About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Inclusion Support Educator to join our team at Milestones Swansea.

As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will play a pivotal role in developing our children's lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a team of educators to implement programs and follow the EYLF.
  • Work closely alongside children with additional needs to make a tangible difference to their learning outcomes.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families.
  • Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

  • Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent.
  • Have a current Working with Children's Check.
  • A passion to develop our little learners.
