We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to join our dynamic Finance team at Woodside Logistics Group.

Job Summary
The Payroll Assistant role involves providing accurate and efficient payroll processing as part of a high-volume weekly payroll team. Key responsibilities include:
- Collection and review of time management records for accuracy and processing resulting payment calculations.
- Collection and update of payroll data, including new starts, leavers, and pay amendments.
- Liaising and resolving payroll queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent attention to detail, IT proficiency (including Microsoft Office and Sage payroll software), and strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous payroll experience or experience working within a Finance/Accounts office is desirable.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary negotiable based on experience (£30,000 - £40,000 per annum), 33 days annual leave (pro-rata), Cycle to Work Scheme, award-winning office facilities, learning and development opportunities, and an employee recognition scheme.
