Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning communal areas, including corridors, stairways, and public facilities.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Properly handling and disposing of waste according to established procedures.
  • Ensuring that all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and functional.
  • Keeping accurate records of cleaning activities for compliance purposes.
  • Responding effectively to emergency cleaning situations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is essential.
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, storage, and disposal methods.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
  • Good communication skills to report any issues or concerns to management.
