We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Service department as a Warranty Administrator. In this key role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the daily operations of our Service team.

The successful candidate will have a background in administration, particularly in vehicle service administration, and experience in a similar role would be advantageous. You will be responsible for managing diverse responsibilities within strict deadlines while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality.

As a Warranty Administrator, you will be tasked with accurately invoicing repair orders, handling warranty and servicing invoicing, and performing various administrative duties associated with the service process. You will also ensure full compliance with manufacturer's warranty claims, processes, and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately invoicing repair orders to ensure prompt payment processing
  • Handling warranty and servicing invoicing
  • Performing various administrative duties associated with the service process
  • Ensuring full compliance with manufacturer's warranty claims, processes, and procedures

Desired skills include:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role or in a similar position within the automotive industry is preferred
  • Understanding of vehicle operations and experience with vehicle warranty claims is highly advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, with both colleagues and customers
