Your Role

You will be responsible for delivering person-centred care to our residents, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans. With a focus on mental health, you will provide expert clinical guidance and support to ensure our residents receive the best possible care.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration, a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, and experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
