Leadership Opportunities

Creativity and Innovation

Customer Service

  • You will model exemplary selling techniques and customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
  • You will be responsible for organizing sales floor coverage, with a focus on maintaining a strong self-presence on the selling floor.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, with a focus on driving sales growth.

Operations and Maintenance

  • You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-maintained sales floor and stockroom, with a focus on ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • You will identify and discuss operational issues with the regional manager, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a store leadership role.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail sales.
