SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a Psychology graduate with a 1st Class Degree to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant in Hackney. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support children with complex needs, including Autism, Global Delay, and Speech & Language difficulties. This is an ideal opportunity for aspiring Educational Psychologists or Clinical Psychologists to gain firsthand experience.
The role involves working one-on-one with SEN children, providing individualized support to help them reach their full potential. You will work with a team of experienced professionals who are committed to providing high-quality education and care to children with special needs.
This is a one-year contract, term-time only, with a competitive salary of £475 to £550 per week (inclusive of holiday entitlement). We offer comprehensive Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities, including specialized manual handling training, to equip you for challenging scenarios.
