SEN Teacher Position

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to work in an inclusive school in East Finchley, North London.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality lessons within the national curriculum and meeting the complex SEMH needs of all pupils.
- Key responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse learners, supporting the class team in promoting positive behaviors, and reporting on pupil progress.
- The successful candidate will also supervise pupils during non-classroom time and build strong relationships with students to drive learning outcomes.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) is essential, along with a strong basic education to degree level.
- Previous experience working with pupils with SEMH in an educational setting is desirable.
- A commitment to professional development and willingness to learn are must-haves.
- An Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check is required prior to commencement.
We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
