About the Role:

This challenging role offers a competitive salary of £32,911 - £43,855 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with families and individuals to assess their needs, provide support, and develop personalized plans to promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of family situations to identify areas of need and risk
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to address identified needs and promote positive change
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Professional qualifications as a registered social worker
  • Proven experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly children and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
