Property Manager Trainee

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Property Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart Estate Agents in Romford. As a Trainee Property Manager, you will play a key role in managing our properties, ensuring they meet all regulatory health and safety standards, and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
What We Offer
- £25,000 OTE per year

- Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays
