Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in Electrical and building services engineering. This includes reporting to the senior team on progress, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and within budget.

  1. Manage and mentor junior staff, offering technical guidance
  2. Engage in feasibility studies, design work, and project management
  3. Meet clients to establish project briefs, budgets, and specifications
  4. Oversee site works, ensure compliance with specifications, and handle contractor final accounts
  5. Support fee invoicing, manage workload, and advise on resources
  6. Pursue marketing opportunities and grow the client base
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants should have a Degree/Masters in Engineering, Chartered or working towards Chartered Engineer status, Member of CIBSE or similar professional body, Proven experience managing M&E teams, Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Trimble ProDesign, Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and sustainability best practices, Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
