Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Support individuals in maintaining a safe and clean living environment.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
