About the Role:

Genetec is seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Attorney to join our established Legal Department. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Associate General Counsel to provide expert advice on employment and corporate matters, collaborating with Human Resources and Finance departments to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the expansion of Genetec's global footprint by providing legal guidance to various departments, including regional operations, Human Resources, and Finance.
  • Manage the incorporation of new subsidiaries worldwide, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining existing subsidiaries' requirements, including responding to compliance requests, assisting with annual filings, and preparing intercompany agreements.
  • Develop and maintain region-specific employment contracts and policies, working closely with Human Resources departments to meet local requirements.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to manage international mobility efforts, including employee relocations and travel.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in corporate/commercial law and/or employment law.
  • Strong business acumen, judgment, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
