About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mobile Catering Assistant to join our team in Cwmbran, Torfaen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of food following recipe cards
  • Travel from site to site to assist with catering assistant duties
  • Support the manager with stock takes and ordering
  • Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment
  • Ensure food is correctly stored according to food safety policies and guidelines
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, and colleagues
  • Assist in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists
Requirements
  • DBS checks required
  • Full UK driving license required
  • Previous experience in hospitality is desirable
  • E-learning is available through our online learning system to obtain Food Safety Level 2/3 certificate
