About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ark Buckie. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality support to our service users.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Support individuals with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.

Requirements
