We are seeking a reliable and skilled couple to join our team as Maintenance and Estate Care staff for our stunning estate in Oxfordshire. As a Maintenance and Estate Care couple, you will be responsible for maintaining the general house and garden duties, working closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the estate.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the general house and garden duties, including cleaning, gardening, and general maintenance
  • Work closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the estate
  • Assist with occasional driving for station/airport runs and dog walking
  • Take care of fine fabrics and antiques

What We Offer:

We offer a superb 2-bed cottage with own garden as staff accommodation, all costs covered including Sky broadband. Pets welcome, and dependants may be considered. Salary negotiable according to experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in maintenance and estate care
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Nepalese language skills advantageous
