About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Culinary Apprentice to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
  • Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
  • Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
  • Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed a level 2 apprenticeship as a commis chef and have a strong desire to progress your career. You should have great teamwork skills and attention to detail, with a positive outlook and outgoing personality.
