Our Client, a renowned West Midlands Manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Toolroom Manager to support Production and Maintenance with day-to-day tooling issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support Production and Maintenance with day-to-day tooling issues
  2. Be heavily involved in the NPI process
  3. Take part in wider quality and CI initiatives
  4. Have financial responsibility for the Toolroom
  5. Manage a small team of Tool Makers
Requirements:
  1. A suitable qualification (Degree / HNC / Apprentice etc) in either Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking or similar
  2. Proven experience in Toolmaking
  3. Experience of people and budgetary management

In return for fulfilling the role of Toolroom Manager, our client can offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum plus excellent future prospects.
