The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market share for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics by maintaining a consumer-focused approach. Key responsibilities include maintaining a professional brand image, maximizing sales through excellent service and retail standards, and contributing to operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

\u2022 Reflect a credible and professional brand image to internal and external consumers
\u2022 Maximize sales through selling, providing excellent service, and maintaining retail standards
\u2022 Contribute to operational efficiencies by adhering to store and company procedures
\u2022 Understand daily and weekly targets
\u2022 Identify additional sales avenues and opportunities
\u2022 Stay up-to-date with competitor activities and missed opportunities
\u2022 Effectively leverage social media to drive business and protect the brand image
\u2022 Deliver the brand strategy and local plan
\u2022 Plan and implement local marketing and events initiatives
\u2022 Deliver excellent service by ensuring measures are in place to improve service levels
\u2022 Be an ambassador for the brand and lead the way to ensure brand values are represented
\u2022 Manage refunds and complaints in line with company guidelines
\u2022 Use digital tools to stay up-to-date with knowledge
\u2022 Deliver a consumer recruitment and retention strategy
\u2022 Develop up-to-date knowledge of products to deliver an industry-leading experience

Operations

\u2022 Plan to ensure delivery of excellent standards at all times
\u2022 Review retail standards daily to ensure they are maintained
\u2022 Ensure deliveries, stock movements, and administration are completed within agreed timeframes
\u2022 Ensure auditable processes and administration are actioned in line with company guidelines
\u2022 Minimize stock loss by implementing company security policies and procedures
\u2022 Create and maintain a safe working environment
\u2022 Ensure health and safety responsibilities and operational activity achieve a minimum overall grading of 'Acceptable' during audits

Commerciality

\u2022 Manage daily replenishment and take appropriate action
\u2022 Maximize sales performance by utilizing commercial reports
\u2022 Plan and deliver visual merchandising layout
\u2022 Identify stock package issues and take corrective action
\u2022 Effectively manage promotions and discounts
\u2022 Identify trends and make suggestions to enhance product performance

Qualifications

\u2022 Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer-facing environment
\u2022 Ability to drive self-development
\u2022 Commercial understanding and awareness of the industry"}
