A unique opportunity has arisen for a Tax Senior Manager to join our esteemed team at Capital Tax Recruitment, focusing on Real Estate clients within the Asset Management tax team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships & Team Leadership: Develop and maintain key relationships with clients, while leading and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional tax advisory services.
  • Tax Advisory & Compliance: Provide expert tax advice on a range of projects, ensuring all work adheres to the highest professional standards and risk procedures.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the growth of our business by developing innovative tax solutions for clients in the Asset Management sector.
  • Risk Management: Oversee all work to ensure it aligns with the firm's risk procedures, upholding the highest professional standards.

Requirements:

  • A self-starter with strong corporate or income tax knowledge and an interest in the real estate sector.
  • Qualifications such as CTA or ACA/CA (or equivalent).
  • Experience building client relationships and delivering high-quality tax advisory services.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
