Care Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Helping with medication management and administration
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Supporting with light household duties
- Promoting independence and enabling clients to do as much as possible for themselves
- Providing companionship and emotional support
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for kind and compassionate individuals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives. No experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in this role.
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle
