PACS Healthcare Systems Support Professional

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of medical software systems. As a PACS Healthcare Systems Support Professional, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and resolving technical support issues.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have experience working with PACS Administrators or PACS Technical Support Specialists.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support via email or phone to customers.
- Managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
- Working closely with healthcare informatics and medical imaging customers.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have one of the following backgrounds:
- PACS Technical Support Engineer
- PACS Administrator
- PACS Application Specialist
- NHS IT Support or NHS IT Engineering background
