The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team in Corsham. As a Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for providing onsite service support for corrective and planned routine maintenance functions and operational support to the integrated site security systems.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide corrective maintenance to large integrated security systems for access control, CCTV, and intruder detection.
  • To provide proactive operational support to the site security team, ensuring integration of electronic and manned security measures, and continuous improvement to service levels.
  • To ensure all faults and routine maintenance functions are carried out to a high quality in line with standards, and in a timely manner in line with service level agreements.
  • To ensure all service-related matters are dealt with in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge:

  • Formal electrical/electronic qualifications preferred.
  • Experienced installation, commissioning, or maintenance of integrated systems including CCTV, Access Control systems, Intruder, Perimeter, and/or Fire.
  • Demonstrable basic electronics skills.
  • A willingness to work at height or in exposed locations as required.
  • IT skills - Excel, MS Outlook.
