IT Support Analyst

Crone Corkill is partnering with an international bank to fill a critical role in their IT team.
This position involves providing comprehensive IT support, focusing on advanced issues, particularly Windows/Microsoft technology and VMware expertise.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a primary point of escalation for complex technical issues
- Ensure all users have seamless access to the environment and applications
- Configure PC Desktops, Laptops, and Windows Servers, manage SCCM, MDM, MS Applications, and O365 Administration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate products and meet user needs
- Enforce IT Security policies, monitor security, and respond to incidents
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding, internal moves, access rights, and license management
- Support the removal of legacy systems and implementation of a new core banking system
- Relevant experience in the Banking industry or similar sectors
- Expertise across the Microsoft stack (Microsoft 365, MDM, OS, protocols etc)
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and VMware (Dynamic Environment Manager/Horizon desirable)
- VMware Disaster Recovery, Entra/AAD, Active Directory, GPO/Registry/ADFS
- Software and hardware troubleshooting, InfoSec policy adherence, and incident response
- VIP/White Glove Support, project involvement, and experience with Python, PowerShell, and/or SQL (desirable)
- Temenos T24 (advantageous)
A competitive annual salary of £50,000 - £60,000.
