Key responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a number of payrolls with varying pay frequencies
* Provide support to employees with payroll-related inquiries
* Perform payroll calculations
* Keep up to date with all relevant legislation
* Process starters and leavers
* Ensure salary sacrifice benefits are administered correctly
* Work as a team to meet Payroll deadlines as part of the wider People function

Requirements:

* 3 years+ experience working in payroll
* True end-to-end Payroll specialist, ideally with in-house experience
* Strong excel skills including formulae, pivot tables and Vlookups
* Positive, can-do attitude and team player
* Passionate about payroll
* Ability to work to deadlines with accuracy and manage a busy workload

What we offer:

* Basic salary in the region of £33,000-£36,000
* 4 days in the office and 1 day from home
* Flexibility on start/finish times - this is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
