Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in Crickhowell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing emotional and practical support to young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting young people in all day-to-day activities and interests
  • Promoting independence and wellbeing
  • Attending weekends away, holidays, and trips with the children
  • Providing emotional and practical support to young people
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of care plans and guidelines

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience of working with children or in a similar Social Care setting
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
