About the Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Reiss in Fenwick, Newcastle Concession. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our 'fulfil from store' delivery service during our busy Christmas and Sales periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Pick stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Pack stock carefully to send out to our customers, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador, promoting our brand values and products to customers.
