Job Title: Visual Merchandising Manager About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join our Marketing Team in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing all visual merchandising projects for our luxury beauty products across the UK physical retail estate. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive business goals, customer loyalty, and a standard of excellence across the market * Collaborate with brand, sales, and marketing teams to ensure best-in-class execution of campaigns and local activations * Balance commercial and brand objectives while maintaining a detail-oriented approach * Manage visual communications strategy for the UK, adhering to brand and retailer timelines * Ensure timely delivery and execution of VM updates for evergreen and campaign assets * Review and approve planogram updates for the UK market, focusing on shelf productivity * Lead local refit and new door openings from brief to execution * Manage UK VM budget trackers and ensure accurate POs are raised in a timely manner * Establish trust and build relationships with suppliers to deliver on brand VM for our Retail partners * Lead weekly VM update meetings to provide status updates and clear visibility on project status Requirements: * Highly motivated and able to work autonomously * Experience in Visual Merchandising, ideally with a background in beauty * Excellent project management skills * Organized, flexible, and able to multitask * Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders internally and externally * Passion and flair for creativity with a keen eye for detail * Comprehensive brand and market/competitive knowledge across the UK * Customer-centric approach * Previous experience leading a team About Winid: Winid is a talent acquisition consultancy that offers Executive Search, RPO, and Talent Solutions.
