Job Opportunity: SC Cleared Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at SCC. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing configuration management, inventory management, fault management, and trouble management support on established Wintel servers and desktop devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide configuration management, inventory management, fault management, and trouble management support on established Wintel servers and desktop devices.
  • Support periodic patching, maintenance, and upgrades of Wintel computer environments.
  • Coordinate with other technical staff to provide clients and customers with appropriate support for all account services.

Requirements:

  • Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 10, Active Directory Citrix, and VMware.
  • SC clearance active.
  • Ability to integrate distributed computing hardware and software systems.
  • Willingness to travel with a full driving license and join the on-call rota.
  • Terraform, Ansible, and cloud environments (OCI or Azure).
  • Familiarity with systems management frameworks, protocols, and tools, including MECM, WSUS, and SolarWinds.
