About the Role

The Energy sector in our company is growing rapidly, offering an exciting opportunity to expand our team with a new Operations Manager of EHV electricity transmission projects. The successful candidate will lead delivery across all EHV cable projects in regulated and non-regulated sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a clear strategy for successful delivery performance, driving business growth and recruitment.
  • Lead implementation of project controls, ensuring effective planning in accordance with IMS and commercial plans.
  • Set clear, measurable targets for performance expectations, overseeing delivery of clear project strategies.
  • Cultivate strong collaboration with clients and other delivery partners, supporting the development of a leading-edge health, safety, environmental, and quality culture.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of team management experience with the ability to lead a high-performing team.
  • Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of business decisions, identifying and advising on supply chain partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, driving ownership of the ECI process and ensuring Commercial management is fully integrated.

Salary range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
