Consultant GI Radiologist Position Overview

Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Consultant GI Radiologist to join its team. This role involves contributing to the general workload of the radiology department while developing or providing a sub-specialist interest in interventional radiology.

About the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should possess a broad range of abilities across CT/MRI/ultrasound and have experience working within the NHS. They should also be able to manage the demands of being a DGH-based consultant radiologist effectively.

Main Responsibilities and Key Requirements
  • Contribute to the general workload of the department while developing or providing a sub-specialist interest in interventional radiology.
  • Have a broad range of abilities across CT/MRI/ultrasound.
  • Meet the key requirements, including Full GMC Registration, Entry on the GMC Specialist Register via; CCT, and CESAR or European Community Rights.
Salary and Relocation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including relocation assistance. Applicants residing outside of Dorset will also receive a £10,000 Warm Welcome payment.
