Viridian Apartments Ltd is a leading serviced apartment company providing exceptional service to corporate and leisure clients across South East England. We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Engineer to join our team to ensure the upkeep of our apartments and communal areas.

The role involves both reactive and planned preventative work, requiring close collaboration with various departments to minimize disruption to guests. As a Property Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the property to high standards, addressing issues promptly, and prioritizing your workload efficiently.

General maintenance experience in a domestic setting is essential, along with high-level customer service skills. The role encompasses a range of tasks, from appliance repairs and lightbulb changes to boiler re-pressuring and fault finding.

The role is listed on a contractor basis, with a premise of 3 days per week, with potential to increase. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the property's upkeep
  • Responding to maintenance requests and addressing issues promptly
  • Collaborating with departments to minimize disruption to guests
  • Ensuring high standards of work and prioritizing tasks efficiently

Requirements:

  • 3 years of maintenance experience (required)
  • Access to own tools and vehicle (desirable)
  • Certifications (desirable)

Work Location: In person

Pay: From £150.00 per day
