Job Description

This role involves working closely with teachers to prepare engaging and effective learning materials, providing social support to students, and assisting in classroom activities.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Learning Materials: Develop and implement engaging and effective learning materials for students, aligning with curriculum requirements and promoting inclusive learning environments.
  2. Social Support: Provide emotional and physical support to students, helping them develop as individuals and engage with the world around them.
  3. Classroom Support: Collaborate with class teachers to ensure each student has access to all learning activities, promoting a culture of mutual respect and understanding.
  4. Professional Growth: Engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to enhance skills and knowledge as an education professional, staying up-to-date with best practices and research.

What We Offer
  • A competitive estimated salary range of £90-£123 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

This long-term to permanent opportunity is available from September 2024, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30, term time only.
