Care for the Elderly as a Nurse with Excelcare Holdings

Excelcare Holdings offers a rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to older individuals in our Bromley, South London care home. As a UK Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, working closely with other nurses and reporting to the Deputy Manager.

Compensation: Up to £59,155 per annum (approximately £28.54 per hour), including enhanced pay on bank holidays, 28 days of holiday, and an annual welcome bonus of £2,000.*

About the Role:

  • You will be expected to make safe clinical decisions, administer medication, monitor care teams, and work within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Creating person-centred care plans and risk assessments will be key to delivering outstanding care, with regular updates and reviews required.
  • You will engage in meaningful activities with residents and promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect.

Requirements:

  • A valid UK NMC Pin number is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including NMC and CQC, is essential.
  • A passion for working with older people and excellent interpersonal skills are necessary.
