Key Responsibilities

• To deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients referred to the Healthshare clinics.
• To contribute to the development of the service in conjunction with the Physiotherapy Management Team, including participating in clinical audits and providing feedback.
• To mentor and support junior and senior staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• To provide expert clinical leadership for the physiotherapists within the team, ensuring that a high standard of physiotherapy is provided for patients, including those with complex multi-pathologies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a BSc or equivalent in Physiotherapy, HCPC and CSP registration, good written and spoken English, and evidence of MSK-related CPD. They will also have completed or be working towards an MSc or equivalent.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including private healthcare, company pension scheme, life assurance, and generous annual leave entitlement.
